We have composites of Walker, See, Summerall, and Philadelphia lines to help genetic diversity from long-term inbreeding when these geese were in critical status. We combine efforts with another farm who feeds organic, but not soy free, so we cannot guarantee soy free like our other birds.
There are usually only 10-15 goslings that hatch each spring, and we need to refresh our breeding stock. Therefore, there is always a long wait list that often pushes to the next year.
